• Personnel management planning Systematic management in accordance with the requirements of the quality system. To comply with the organization's policy and prepare KPIs to assess the performance of employees.
• Selection and recruiting work Manpower planning, recruiting methods, selection, and preparation of JD in order to meet the organization's goals.
• Compensation and welfare management by comparing, examining, and giving advice and recommending executives
• Employee Relations Management regulatory review improve welfare resolve disputes to build good relationship in the organization and legal
• Strategic Organization Development Determine strategies and plan human resources (HR Strategy) Manpower Planning to suit the organizational structure and budget. including laying out a strategy for organizational development (Organization Development)
• Payroll system
• HRM, HRD jobs and others assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field
• Experience in Manufacturing factory HR full loop for 10 years up
• Experience in Manager level for at least 3-5 years with 500-1000 employees
• Knowledge and experience in system applying in department ex. Payroll system.
• Intermediate level of English
• MS office
