JOB DETAIL

- New model preparing such as Mold, JIG, Die, Tool, Equipment and New Machine
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services
- Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement
- Process guideline planning and Process change control
- Figure out how to manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency
- Understand management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis.
- Resolve production problems or minimize costs.
- Work with superior to develop standards for design and production

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Females only, age between 35-45 years old
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT N2 - N1)
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineer Mechanical or any related field
- At least 3-5 years in Electronics industry
- Experience in Manufacturing of PCB board
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
