JOB DETAIL

- Support for Corporate Planning Dept. activities related to Corporate Governance
- covered on company’s legal secretary
- corporate policies and procedures, review of the internal control system (J-Sox)
- coordinate with Internal Audit.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 24 – 28 years old
- Bachelor degree in English, Law or Business Admin.
- 3-5 years exp. of working experience in Corporate Governance compliance, internal control, internal audit
- Excellent communication in English and strong in translation skill is advantage
- Ability to analyze data, writing policy, reports and operational manuals
