JOB DETAIL
- Review, update policies and maintains proper filling of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctor’s list, performance appraisal and training schedule
- Undertaking the administration of new employees, including contract and contact information forms
- Planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organizational chart
- Evaluating improving and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems
- Maintain employee records (OT, attendance) according to policy
- Manage all concerned tax for local and expats
- Handle for accommodation and car rental
- Handle visa and work permit
- Conduct ISO auditing schedule & program
- Process employees OT and payroll, PND 1 Kor 50 Tavi, SSO
- Support procurement and handle inventory control of office equipment
- Contact government sector (Labor dept, Revenue dept etc)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male/Female , age 25-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have at least 3 years' experiences in HR & GA position
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong interest in learning new things and being able to follow instructions and work in a team
- Experiences to process for Payroll , OT, PND 1 , PND 1 Kor , 50 Tavi & SSO
- Experiences to process for Work permit , visa & 90 days stays report
- Able start work immediately
