- Manage sales team and expand business to achieve the sales target
- Making sales strategy with top management
- Approach new/exist clients
- Manage sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
- Manage team and guide new sales staff
- Other tasks as assigned by Management
- Top management expect this position to be future Division manager of Sales Team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 10 years’ experience in Import/Export or related in logistic field
- Used to work in management positions or supervisors for at least 3 years
- Good knowledge in import and export process and document
- Have experience in making sales strategy by own
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Computer skills: word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office
