• Handle and inspect the work of subordinates.
• Handle maintenance in the factory, electrical system, water system, telephone system, office building and equipment related to work in all factories
• Handle the environment in the factory.
• Handle wastewater treatment system.
• Analyze the dangers caused by the work site by determining the methods operations that are safe for work
• Coordinate with all departments both internally and externally.
• Participate in the preparation of various standard systems such as GMP, ISO and others.
• Supervise and supervise engineering staff to comply with regulations. and regulations of the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 28-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Production Engineer
• Experience in working in industrial factory for 5-10 years
• Be able to manage subordinates at least 10 persons
• Knowledge of RECs (Renewing Energy Certificate) and Alternative Energy
• JIS, EN, ISO 9000, IATF16949, ISO 14001
• Ability to solve problems systematic analytical thinking
• ***** Experience using solar cells and other renewable energy will be given special consideration
• **** Experience working in the Automotive Industrial will be an advantage
