JOB DETAIL

• Assists ESG manager to develop /designing sustainability strategies based on ESG data,
• Implement company policy on ESG, monitoring projects and reporting,
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement,
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities in the area of sustainability and corporate governance,
• Develop guidelines and processes for ESG performance (Goal / Targets) ,
• Conduct workshops and training programs,
• Follow current ESG trends and guidelines and advise to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience:
• Bachelor or higher of any field.
• Experience of implementing ESG activities, monitoring under global standards more than 3 years.
• Experience of Internal Auditor, Auditor of professional audit company is in advantage.
Skills:
• Sound understanding of environmental, social and corporate governance aspects,
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and trends, as well as their networking,
• Understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements,
• Competence in the planning, implementation and monitoring of sustainability projects,
• Knowledge of current ESG laws and guidelines
• Specialty on GHG calculation and International Labor Standards.
• Speak and write in English. Japanese is in advantage.
• Able to communicate with every level of stakeholders.
