Additional Position
Department: Technical Department

1. Maintain technical information files, vehicle application database, research and create technical literatures.
2. Manage technical product concerns, coordinate with customers to investigate and response in product quality claims.
3. Provide products technical knowledge through demonstrations, troubleshooting, fitting instructions and tips.
4. Support technical contents in social media via LOA, Fackbook and printed materials.
5. Conduct technical training to distributor, dealer, spare parts shop, garage and end user.
6. Support product fitting test and coordinate with internal Dept.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 30-36 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in machanical engineering field.
3. At least 5 years of work experience as Technical Engineer in automotive field.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score more than 500 or higher is an advantage).
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
