Department: Occupational Health & Safety and Environment.
Size of Team: 2 (Direct subordinates: 0)
Report Directly to Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and follow up safety, health and environment plans (including risk and emergency response).
2. Collect, analyze data and statistics including safety, health and environment report to the workplace manager.
3. Observe the operation of employees and/or the 3rd party to comply with government regulation and law.
4. Investigate the cases of accident, injury or annoyance caused by the workplace, then write a report, prevention measures.
5. Observe the legality, rules, regulations and standards of the safety, health and environment of the workplace.
6. Consult and advisor on safety and environment of the workplace.
7. Plan and provide training to all employees including special courses such as firefighting etc.
8. Coordinate and control the resources, equipment & system related to security, safety, health and environment.
9. Prevent and correct matters related to causes and actions.
10. Act as secretary of Safety committee and promoter the safety activities (Zero Accident Campaign, 5S Activity).
11. Ensure that all practices / activities in workplace are compliance with the legal, corporate or other requirements including control of environment to meet the government standard and/or international standard.
12. Schedule, contact and provide safety and environment report to the government or others when required.
13. Control office security (door control, electricity etc.) and Coordinate with the Building.
14. Coordinate and update any important news, emergency alert, information (P.M. 2.5, Political, COVID-19 etc.
Annual checkup and pre-employment checkup.
15. Provide first aid kit and medical supplies for employee.
16. Others duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 26-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related fields.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as Professional Safety Officer.
4. Must have knowledge of safety, health and environment law, activities and compliance practices to the government regulation.
5. Intermediate level of English.
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
