JOB DETAIL
GA Task
+ To prepare company's documents related to General Affair work.
+ To handle accommodation and transportation to support employees.
+ To manage the office supply inventory, and ensure office supplies (stationery, equipment and more) are constantly restocked
+ To manage the office maintenance with related parties.
+ To manage reimbursement, employee's benefit, and related expenses to support employees.
HR task
+ To support HR activities as well as Company's activities.
+ To coordinate and support for Compliance, ISO14001 and NYK Group ESG story among employees,
Companies, and oversea offices
+ To coordinate and support company’s policies, compliance and regulations.
+ To perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration; majoring in Human Resources, Social Science, or other related fields.
- Working experience 0-3 year at least. Experience in GA and HR work is advantage.
- Good communication skills of English (both writing & speaking)
- Computer literate in MS office package
- Knowledge on payroll applications and understanding on general accounting is advantage.
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, Logical Thinking, and Active Team Work.
