・ Sourcing potential non-performing loan (NPL) investment deals,
・ Creating asset management plan for NPL investment deals,
・ Executing asset management plan including negotiation against debtors,
・ Monitoring asset management plan including BOT reporting,
・ Performing due diligence and pricing on potential NPL investment deals,
・ Executing closing on NPL investment deals,
・ Maximizing profit from NPL investment deals, and
・ Others.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・ English (fluent)
・ Logical thinking
・ Good communication and asking-question skills, and amiability.
・ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as finance, investment, economics, law, and so on
・ About three years or more of experience in NPL collection business for AMC (preferred) and/or banks.
・ Mindset not to hesitate to go out (site visits and so on) nor to talk to strangers.
・ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
