• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and providing additional information.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality, Female only Age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree of any field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales IT or cloud service.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Proficiency in CRM software would be an advantage
• High responsibility
• Critical thinking skill including Analyzing, Problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Teamwork skill
• Microsoft Office, G Suite i.e. Google Doc, Google Sheets, LINE etc.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 700 up)
• Having knowledge of Japanese language would be an advantage (JLPT N3)
