JOB DETAIL
Accounting task 70%
Admin 30%
Accounting task
・Record accounts payable (AP), and issue various withholding documents.
・Record accounts receivable (AR), issue tax invoices/receipts and follow up with clients (recheck income in online Banking, collect cheques)
・Reconcile monthly income and expenses to match the system and report.
・Coordinate with the outsourced accountant for yearly submissions such as the financial statement of the year, and corporate income tax (PND50, PND51).
・Handle petty cash, reimbursement and related work
・Reporting to accounting firms
Admin Task
・Manage, purchase and maintain office supplies, stationeries, IT equipment, etc.
・Coordinate with office building and third parties related to office management when needed.
・Take care of administrative work, document work, and other coordination tasks.
・Work documenting and other administrative tasks as assigned.
・Work closely and support the People Operations Team when needed.
Report to Japanese MD
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Age between 24-28 years old
・Female Only
・Intermediate Level of English
・More than 2 years of work experience in a Japanese company
・More than 2 years of accounting or Admin work experience
・No Job hopper
