Team 7- 8 People (New position hiring)


- Manage the fulfillment of customer orders in collaboration with Sale Managers including the Research and Development Department (new product and sample)
- Collaborate with Production Planner for ongoing order management and work with the Logistic officer for the delivery plans as needed.
- Create performer invoice.
- Collaborate with the shipping team for sharing delivery notes, and shipping documents to customers.
- Execute clear and concise communication in order to ensure the production, logistic, and reveled department is operating with regards to customer orders.
- Work with the finish good inventory team in managing FG stocks, including the allocation of stock to customer orders, both scheduled and emergency orders.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, processes, and procedures for the Order Planning

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher any related field
- Excellent written and rading in English and good verbal communication skills (No need Toeic score)
- Being Able to communicate in Japanese would be an advantage (Can be JLPT N3 up)
- Minimum 1 years experience in any relate field (Can be Coordinator, Customer Service, Documentation staff)
- Able to work under pressure and able to manage working time effectively undesirable consequences
- Three common skills are required, communication skills, customer service skills, and detail-oriented
- Being Available to start immediately would be an advantage
