JOB DETAIL

Report directly to Head of Marketing Department
Job Purpose:
In charge of market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s sales.

Job Description:
1. Develop and spearhead strategic planning and marketing plans for assigned products. Ensure successful roll out and implementation.
2. Develop appropriate promotional materials to support field force in their communication according to internal guidelines.
3. Responsible for 'New Product Launch' for therapeutic and consumer healthcare products
4. Support enlistment of products into Hospital formulary list and collaborate closely with sales team.
5. Responsible for Inventory Management and work with supply chain to ensure proper planning of supply
6. Provide product training to field force and support field force in their promotional messaging.
7. Perform 'Market Intelligence'
8. Assess requirement in obtaining market data through market research, for the development of marketing plans and monitoring the progress of products.
9. Monitor competitors' development and devise counter strategies to prevent erosion of market share.
10. Be KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and brand advocator to develop newly established products.
11. Responsible for event management organizing and managing conference, event, workshop, both small and large scale
12. Manage vendor and agency regarding digital, advertising, media, creative agencies to maximize their contribution in the area of promotion strategies and campaigns

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical products marketing management of Drugstore (OTC/Over-the-Counter) channel.
4. Upper intermediate level of English.
