JOB DETAIL

1. Inspect and evaluate the certification according to the standards of the testing laboratory.
2. Test transformer during production process and repair the transformer to be ready for installation in accordance with the standards.
3. Study and understand the operation of test equipment.
4. Record and report test results, problems and defects occurring with the transformers being tested.
5. Research and develop electric transformers.
6. Analyze and prepare test results report about problems and defects or abnormalities of transformers tested to develop or increase the integrity of transformers before delivering to customers.
7. Prepare, edit, improve and develop procedures and methods for testing transformers, including relevant forms, records, as appropriate and up to date as per standards.
8. Train and educate test personnel on a regular basis.
9. Prepare document and Office equipment.
10. Contact and coordinate with related department.
11. Maintain order and cleanliness of the testing room.
12. Perform duties in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system and department's KPIs.
13. Follow Kaizen activities and 5S within the department.
14. Follow the safety regulation and ISO system standard.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 22-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering field.
3. 0-3 years of transformer testing experience.
4. Must have knowledge of high voltage.
5. Intermediatel level of English.
6. If have professional license or certified certificate related to transformer testing is as an advantage.
7. Able to work on every other Saturdays.
8. Able to work as a shift upon request and overtime (Additonal allowances wil be provided)
