- Managing logistic division (4 subordinates and report to Japanese MD)
- Checking domestic stock in 4 warehouses
- Organizing meeting with Japanese clients to foresee stock order for next 2 months
- Making report to Japanese MD about all the monthly logistic process
- Updating products prices according to supply and the demand
- Issuing purchasing order
- Approving invoice that is issued by subordinates
- Contacting to warehouse after the products arrived completely
- Following up existing clients
- Contacting to factories located in foreign countries

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai male / Age between 30 to 45 years old
- Having experience in international logistic workflows
- Having experience in supply chain management
- Able to communicate with Japanese clients by speaking Japanese
- Intermediate level of English to write email to foreign counterparts or suppliers
- Understanding Japanese working culture
- Able to report all the logistic process to Japanese MD
- Good interpersonal skills
- Cheerful and easy-going personality
- Having long-term working vision is preferred
