JOB DETAIL

- Managing all kind of corporate law issue as a corporate secretarial of the company;
- Draft, review and analyze contracts and other legal documentations of group companies (especailly Thai company);
- Assisting team to conducting legal research and provide legal advice, seminar and support to all legal issues for group company across multiple
jurisdictions (especially Thai company);
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in English for the group companies Thailand and overseas;
- Developing and implementing training programs to meet organizational goals by conducting research on topics related to training needs;
- Supporting the auditing team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance;
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to group company;
- Providing general support to team leaders and other colleagues; and
- Handling ad hoc assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor of Laws, (Master of Laws will be advantage)
- At least 4 years of post-qualified experience gained in law firm and/or in-house;
- Extensive knowledge of Thai commercial laws and investment laws;
- Ability to review and analyze commercial contracts;
- Ability to work effectively with a remote team both independently and within a team
environment;
- Communicate and coordinates effectively with others at all levels of the internal and external
organization;
- Facilitation, communication, presentation and public speaking skills, along with social and interpersonal skills including influencing, listening, written and oral presentation;
- Successfully deliver learning solutions, e.g., virtual or face-to-face learning to train-The-Trainers, manager-led sessions, etc.;
- Able to travel domestic and overseas
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools
- Good command of English with TOEIC 850
