JOB DETAIL

1. Manage and control company business activities
2. Responsible for Customs Procedures and related actions
3. Responsible for import-export coordination
4. Confirm and check regulations about import & export countries and necessary documents
5. Coordinate with shippers and consignees and oversea branches
6. Make report for monthly business activities
7. Other related assigned tasks by the management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age not over 40 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3. Experience of at least 5 years of Shipping in freight forwarder
4. Experience in Export function
5. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese would be an advantage)
6. Communication, and Negotiation Skills
