Job Description

- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to achieve the company’s sales target in both marketplaces (Offline) and E-commerce (Markets Web such as Lazada, Shoppee, Tiktok)
- Be responsible for developing and executing E-commerce plans for each brand, for driving online sales to achieve the company's seasonal products
- Initiate marketing strategies/tactics and promotions to drive E-commerce sales for each channel.
- Develop and expand E-commerce to the new marketplace, websites, and partners; Also able to evaluate the inventory product the brand
- Work closely with the brand team and ensure the launch of new products and marketing campaigns are executed on time.
- Drive and work well with other departments such as Accounting, Supply chain, etc to ensure both sales and operation are integrated.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each promotion campaign to ensure sales growth

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualification;

- Any Gender, Age 28 years old up
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in E-commerce online sales and offline marketing (Checking stocks)
- Stock Management; to have knowledge of the life shelf of products and prepare to evaluate the inventory of product
- Understand and able to guide the team on E-commerce platforms Lazada, Shopee, etc, or Brand products
- Experience in personal care or cosmetics product would be an advantage
- Familiar with online media Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc would be an advantage
- Knowledge of strategic planning to drive sales of products and seasonal campaign
- More analytical skills to work with brand manager
