JOB DETAIL

- Visit probable clients and generate RFQs for mechanical contracting with scope of erection of equipment / structures with (out) site fabrication.
- Full profit and loss responsibility for the profitable development of the business.
- Prepare business strategic plan against each RFQ includes project cost estimation, manpower planning & sourcing, cash flow cycle and justify the profitable business to management for taking necessary approval.
- Submission of quotation, attend meeting, negotiation and order finalization with client.
- Lead and prepare proper plan for utilizing existing resources and / or find suitable business partner / subcontract vendors for execution of project.
- Co-ordination with various inter departments such as Operation (Equipment Rental), Finance, Legal, SHEQ, Engineering & Purchase departments during pre / post contract till closure of project.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality, Male only, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Civil) or Equivalent.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience as Construction Engineer / Manager / In charge at any Power Plant / Refinery / Petrochemical / Steel Plant / Infrastructure site in Thailand / Gulf countries
- Technical Knowledge on material specification (Steel sheets / Plates, structures, fasteners, lifting tackles, instruments), Steel fabrication (Cutting, selection of suitable welding consumables, welding, fitting, drilling, grinding, NDT testing, Pre & Post weld heat treatments) Prepare & getting approval of Quality Assurance Plan, Preparing Fabrication & Erection Methods / Procedures & Manpower calculations.
- Exposure to contractual Terms & conditions
- Computer literate with the good working knowledge of MS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) software package.
- Should be able to understand and take data from Engineering drawings / Layout drawings / Erection drawings
- Working knowledge on AutoCAD / any other drafting software
- Have driving license and own car.
- Work some Saturday.
