JOB DETAIL
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department inclusive of alignment of the yearly work plan, strategy, and budget.
• Issuing and announcing of company letters; onboarding/offboarding related letters, policy, company rules and regulations, etc.
• Manage the talent acquisition process which may include drafting of job description, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required.
• Analyze and create salary, compensation and benefits structure, incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent and suitable for organization.
• Maintain compliance with employment act, labor law and regulations, and recommend best practices, create, and review policies and practices.
• Administration of payroll. Coordinating with outsource and ensure accuracy of raw data and payment transactions.
• Planning of learning and development programs in the future.
• Provides support and guidance with GA duties; visa, work permit, company drivers and cars, etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male / Female, 32-40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource field
• Experience and skill of creating and implementation of overall HR Structure
• Well understanding of and able to provide HR Solution
• Strong communication skills in Japanese or English
