Position: Sales Planning
Department: Body & Planning Department

Job Descriptions:
1. Forecast annual and long-term company's sales using customer production data or from statistical data which has more than 5,000 items for sales.
2. Update actual sales, compare against forcast and analyze data, make recommendation and comment to the analysis summary for the management monthly and yearly.
3. Monitor and summarize the provision amount to pay for the activities of the sales and report to management monthly and yearly.
4. Regularly review sales database. Adding and maintaining new data as available.
5. represent or attend to explain the sales report to affiliate companies.'
6. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 30 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year of work experience as Sales Forecast or Production Planning related position from automotive industry.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score more than 500 or higher is an advantage).
*If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
