Position: People Experience (Employee Relations and Communication Role)
Level: Officer/Sr. Officer
1. Work with HR and Safety team, in partnership with Business translate HR strategies and culture to approaches all target group including internal & external.
2. Execute and support all aspects of HR within the business especially video editing.
3. Create and work with subject matter to turn HR strategies into compelling scripts shared through video.
4. Fully responsible for video editing for internal communications.
5. Edit video clip to be attractive and interesting, sequence images in clips with effects audio, subtitles to be
appropriate and in accordance with the company’s concept and guidelines.
6. Brainstorm with team members to set key message for content to promote culture.
7. Support all aspects of HR duties as a HR member.
8. Responsible for being MC for internal activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 22-30years old. (New graduates with video editing skills are welcomed to apply!)
2. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
3. 0-3 years of experience in video editing and creating digital contents.
4. Proven skills in photography, video shooting & editing and live streaming production and able to use program for editing videos such as Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas, Movavi, etc.
5. Good understanding of online content storytelling.
6. Able to be MC for internal activities.
7. Intermediate level of English.
