1. Plan and execute strategy for inside sales division.
2. Manage the inside sales team.
3. Moitor daily operation and each team leader.
4. Monitor Inside Sales performance.
5. Train and develop skill of each team members.
6. Set and track targets for inside sales team.
7. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
8. Use customer's feedback to generate ideas about new features or services
9. Build an open-communication environment for team.
10. Liaise with Sales departments to ensure service consistency and increase sales

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or Logistics related field.
3. At least 6 years of work experinece as Sales Coordinator in freight forwarding industry with management experience and subordinates.
4. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
4. Intermediate level of English
