・ to create asset management plan for NPL investment deals,
・ to execute asset management plan including negotiation against debtors,
・ to monitor asset management plan including BOT reporting, and
・ to perform due diligence and pricing on potential NPL investment deals,
・ to execute closing work on NPL investment deals,
・ to maximize profit from NPL investment deals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・ English (fluent)
・ New grads of Bachelor’s degree in any field
・ Three or more years of experiences in debt collection including negotiation against debtors for AMC (preferred), bank, or other financial institution is preferred
・ Passionate in building career paths in property investment field
・ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
