Position: Finance
Level: Coordinator/Administrator
Division: Financial Management Department
Report directly to Supervisor (Thai)

1. Responsible for Process Control Functional Role and support Business Division for consultation of existing business and new business such as Tax, Finance, Risk Management, and MUGEN standard process.
2. Provide data, information, and documents to Internal/External auditors and Tax Authorities.
3. Check and process workflows and documents as instructed: Sales Realization, Receipt, Payment, Charges, etc.
4. Support Business Division for consultation of existing business and new business for Tax, Finance, Risk Management, and MUGEN standard process.
5. Prepare and check VAT In/Out report, Stock movement report, Tax submission, GP report, and others as required.
6. Monitor accounting and tax compliance of Business Division, prepare monitoring reports and monthly analysis reports.
7. Responsible for Withholding Tax (PND 53, 54, and PP.30, 36) VAT, and Duty Stamp.
8. Provide data, information, and documents as required by internal/external auditors and Tax Authorities.
9. Ensure that accounts transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
10 Report any concerns/discrepancies to supervisors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bechelor's degree in Finance. (Please submit transcript along with the resume)
3. At least 2 years of experience as Finance Officer from multinational trading company with strong accounting background, and knowledge of VAT, WHT, and Taxation.
4. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC Score is an advantage)
