• Determine the goals of the department in accordance with the goals and policies of the Company
• Plan the work of the department to achieve the goals set.
• Control and monitor the performance of internal employees to ensure efficiency in accordance with the company's policies and goals.
• Collect, analyze data, and prepare marketing plans.
• Liaison and coordination both within and outside the organization effectively
• Can organize activities and have a concept to promote sales

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
• Good command of English
• Good personality and good human relations
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
