JOB DETAIL

-Manage team to monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result
-Manage team to support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc.
-Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement)
-Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned
-Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan
-Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
-Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female age 36 - 41 years old
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related fields
-12 years' experience in auto leasing, rental car business or auto auction is advantage
-Business level in both Thai and English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 is preferred)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills
-Advance in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Good team management skills
-Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast
-Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation
-Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner
-Experience in auto leasing or rental car business is advantage.
-Experience in Marketing field is advantage.
-Experience in process & IT system improvement is a plus.
