JOB DETAIL

1. Keep always update & adjust a cargo reservation procedure to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.
2. Process management & airlines procedures preparation, Charter flight.
3. Ensure sufficient space & capacity supply and promptly air cargo arrangement to meet customer's expectation.
4. Liaise with core carriers partner, strategic carriers partner on space bookings & rates negotiation.
5. Handle of cargo claims with customers & airlines.
6. Liaises closely with overseas offices for gateway business (Transit shipment, etc).
7. Analyse profit & loss reports, root cause and recovery solution as necessary.
8. Perform daily checking of cargo booking & reservation and ad-hoc rates negotiation to ensure that cost is competitive & profitability and cargo space reserve efficiency for meet with customer satisfaction.
9. Supervise & review process of cargo reservation, ensure the consolidation efficiency is always performed on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
10. Prompt action & response with airlines in case of their service quality cannot meet customer's satisfaction and/or when irregularity occurred.
11. Monitor & follow up claim process with airlines when damage occurred.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 5 years experienced in air freight reservation process & customs operations from freight forwarding company.
4. Intermediate level of in English
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
6. Able to start working immediately would be an advantage.
