JOB DETAIL
Direct report - SEA Operation Manager (TH) and Country Manager (Located in Japan)
* Both can speak Japanese and Chinese

Responsible to provide support and issue / operating the solutions by ensuring excellent service for all existing clients

Responsibilities:
-To process client requests and solve issues via live chat, and email by navigating multiple programs while paying attention -To accuracy and detail;
-Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints of current and prospective clients.
-To escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist.
-To update clients on their request status accordingly;
-To constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis;
-To prepare and interpret reports and documentation as required in the role with acceptable detail and accuracy.
-To understand the Company's business functions & roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment target;
-To achieve quarterly KPI targets set by OP Manager;
-To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, not over 27 years old
- Able to work with JP Time Zone (Mon - Fri 13.00 - 22.00)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Working experience of at least 1- 2 year and willing to learn new things
- Having customer service orientation skills and outstanding communication skills
- JLPT N3 or N2 or N1 are preferable (If no JLPT test is fine)
- Experience candidates from the financial industry will be preferred
- Toeic score are preferable
