JOB DETAIL

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Product planning based on customers' needs and government regulations
• Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and set target segments
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing /potential customers to meet their needs
• Get competitors' information to analyze sales activities such as sales promotion, advertising, etc.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Accomplishes division objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating division activities.
• Back-Up each staff and achieve completion of each PJ
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Follow up on qualified leads to convert them to customers.
• Manage distributors by setting sales targets and monitoring distributor performance and sales staff performance
• Compiling monthly sales reports and maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Other assigned by Sales and Marketing GM

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, 40-45 Years old
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related field.
• Experience in sales position any field for 10 years
• Experience in management level at least 3 years up
• Experience in Heavy machine, Wastewater system or any Made to order sales will be first priority
• Good at management project.
• English Intermediate up (Equivalent TOEIC 600)
• Visit clients are required from time to time.
• No need to own a car, but need to have driving license
