JOB DETAIL
Direct report - Operation Manager (TH) and Country Manager (Located in Japan)
* Both can speak Japanese and Chinese
Highlight
Responsible to provide support and issue solutions by ensuring excellent service for all existing clients
** This position is expanding business
Responsibilities:
- To process client's requests and issues via live chat, or email by navigating multiple programs
- Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist
- Update clients on their request status accordingly
- To achieve quarterly KPI Targets (By Operation Manager - TH)
- Prepare to interpret reports and documentation as required in the role with acceptable detail and accuracy
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, not over 27 years old
- Able to work with JP Time Zone (Mon - Fri ; 7.00 - 16.00)
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Working experience at least 1 year and willing to learn new things
- Having customer service orientation skills and outstanding communication skills
- No necessary to have a JLPT language test (Preferred candidate who is willing to work in an international environment)
- Toeic scores are preferable
* Prefer candidate who interested in Financial Investment environment
