JOB DETAIL
Collaborating with Business Development and Application Engineers, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets. In this high-velocity role, you will focus on small and medium-sized enterprise businesses, taking leads through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing the sales. This role requires heavy organizational skills as you manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Other jobs as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality.
- Experience in handling large sales value and communicating with customers who are from MNCs (more than 3000 employees)
- Recent experience managing a diverse pipeline across multiple industries and customers
- Technical sales background in hardware/software and/or engineering-related technology
- At least 3 years of CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM sales experience
- 2+ years of B2B and/or channel sales experience in a revenue-closing role with proven quota attainment
- Technology sales experience a plus +
- Highly productive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails, phone calls, social media inquiries, etc.
- A positive, can-do attitude is a key quality to succeed in the CAD-IT sales team.
- Work well under pressure
- English is Intermediate Level
