JOB DETAIL

Position: Receptionist

1. Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
3. Receive and sort daily postal mails.
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 22-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. 0-1 year of experience as receptionist or other administrative position with strong service mind.
4. Lower Intermediate level of English
5. Able to work as a 'Contract Staff' *Contract will be renew on yearly basis (year-by-year)
