- Negotiate contracts with new business owners or owners to rent space in MaxValu Supermarket.
- Contact and get to know businessmen or business owner
- Analyze and explore economic trends and competitors plan in long-term and medium-term work to comply with company's policies and performance goals
- Summarize information for executive reports
- Organize meetings and manage subordinates to to work efficiently

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Thai nationality, age over than 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Have working experience at least 3 years in negotiating for rental contracts or leasing in retail business or department store at manager level
- Have a relationship and connection with many businessmen
- Good personality
- Good command of English
- Own car and driving license
