JOB DETAIL

・You will be assigned to QC/QA section as a QC/QA supervisor.
・You will be managing about 30 factory workers
・Will be reporting to Japanese Manager and Thai Assistant Manager
・Taking care of customer's complains and feedback, as well as making reports
・Analysis of defective products (customer complaints, in-process defective products)
・In-process quality control
・Customer process audit support
・Supplier management
・Reviewing the work procedure manual
・KPI management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Thai Female, Age 25-35 years old
・QC/QA experience in any Japanese manufacturing companies before
・Only Thai language skill is ok but English or Japanese skills will be advantage
・Understanding how to use equipment used for QC process.
・Understanding ISO 9001.
・Must be able to manage client's complaints and must be able to make reports
