JOB DETAIL

• This role supports brand building, and product and marketing communication for all consumer goods categories, with a key focus on the Malaysian market.
• Good to have general knowledge of the market, ability to work closely and collaboratively across all internal functions to deliver business goals, as well as with external partners such as other brands, retailer accounts, and content partners to execute marketing plans

【Details】
• End-to-end management and execution of brand campaigns.
• End-to-end management and execution of social media content and communications, craft social content that people love and connect with.
• Management of eRetailer accounts including planning and executing campaign events, managing pricing for different accounts, upkeeping the store and product displays and maintaining close daily communications with respective account managers.
• Managing any other key media partners, brand collaborations and activities to develop plans which allow consumer goods product to gain market share, positive brand attributes, and sales growth.
• End-to-end management and execution of content creation collaborations (e.g. influencer campaigns) – from strategy to selection, budgeting and reporting.
• Working together with the Sales team to integrate sales activities with marketing plans, creating a consistent brand experience for new and existing customers.
• Working together with the Growth team to align traffic management for eRetailer campaigns.
• Development of assets, including working closely with designers to develop key visuals and marketing assets, ensuring consistency of message across all communications.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to plan, coordinate, and measure the implementation of trade marketing activities such as consumer launch events, store activities, and relevant marketing support for retailer-led campaigns.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
• Thai male or female
• Age between 27-35 years old
• Business level of English
• Expertise in community engagement, social customer care, and building reputations online
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with tools in social analytics, listening, publishing, graphic design, and video editing
• Social media – across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Developing communications strategies.
• Good writing skills with a keen sense of creativity and great aesthetics
