JOB DETAIL

• Oversees all HR functions including recruitment/retention, employee training and development, Performance Management & Evaluation System, Compensation and Benefits including payroll administration, Employee Relations activities, Career development and other HR related functions
• Ensures the administration of HR related works including legal & compliance, employee's confidentiality and disciplinary control
• Works alongside the top management to provide HR related strategies design and implementation
• Manage and monitor Visa & Work permit for Japanese expats
• Lead HR Team members to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices as well as work closely with Line managers and employees to ensure operation that meet business objectives
• Travels to MCLT’s operation centers surrounding BKK area (Minburi, Chonburi and Rayong) to oversees and ensure smooth operation from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality
• Male or female, age around 35-45
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Minimum 10 years experiences in overall HR operations and at least 5 years in managerial level preferably in Logistic business companies
• Good English (or Japanese) communication (Speaking and Writing)
• Good leadership in coaching and leading HR team
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Computer literacy and other IT skills, Having Digital Transformation mindset
