1. Responsible for the level of sales in an area, route or group of clients according to company sales policy, engaged in
sales & marketing promotion including supplying products to clients in order to increase market share or list of
customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
2. Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization
3. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
4. Respond to more complex customer enquiries
5. Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
6. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
7. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
8. Develop new and potential business, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution sales strategies.
9. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
10. Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
11. Coordinate with subsidiaries companies to serve the requirement of overseas customers.
12. Build good working relationships, understand the needs of business customers, research the market and
related products, present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face to operate business to business (B2B)
13. Liaise to well cooperate and work with R&D, SCM, Production, QA team for good quality and immediately solve the problem to the customer's trust and satisfaction.
14. Compliance with internal regulation and laws in sales activity.
15.Create sales and marketing promotion to enhance sales opportunity in market and encourage our
products to be well known to customer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Food science or Biotechnology.
3. At least 5 years of work experience as Sales (Domestics & Overseas) from trading company that has similar product to food additives
4. If have some of work experience as Research & Development (R&D) and able to understand food
production workflow would be an advantage
5. If have knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001:2015, GMP & HACCP, FSSC, ISO/TS22002, Halal is an advantage
6. Intermediate level of English
7. Required driving license and must be able to travel upcountry upon request in which company's car will be provided.
