JOB DETAIL

・Support legal staff such as making material and document, customer support (email, phone, sometimes visit client), coordinating with government office.
・Law section supports client for setting up new company, visa and WP, documentation for setting up new company, and labor(making employment rule)
・Understanding and applying knowledge of key requirements of firm and regulators' independence rules and policies
・Conducting compliance & risk assessments
・Monitoring compliance with the applicable independence rules and regulations, compliance reviews, evaluations, and generate relevant documents/reports
・Assist our teams to evaluate and ensure the above compliance requirements
・Assist team with administrative tasks and project management
・Prepare report and others as assigned by manager and Partners

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male or Female
・Bachelor's degree in legal related
・Age 26 -30 years old
・Lawyer license
・4-6 years or more of work experience in a law firm or consulting firm
・Intermediate Level of English
・Can work immediately
・Commuting time is within 1 hour
