JOB DETAIL
・Arrangement of requests for golf courses, hotels, transfers, etc. from Japanese customers (call the golf course, enter the system, create a reservation confirmation, etc.)
・Supports LINE messages from customers (Japanese, typing on a PC)
※Use Japanese only for basic chat with customers.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Must】
・Age 24-35
・Female only
・Bachelor's degree
・Customer service experience in the service industry
・Upper Intermediate of Japanese （N3 UP）
・Can type on PC in Japanese
・Can work 6 times a week (shift work)
※In the future, will work 5 days a week.
