JOB DETAIL
• Manage front desk, Reservation & Enquiry (booking) and service department to provide excellent service and high efficiency.
• Conduct a cycle of service quality audits, assessments, analysis, training and improvement. That is, quality assurance is a common plan for customer satisfaction.
• Development of quality control processes and standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring that all services are in accordance with SOP, corporate services, law and standards.
• Review and provide feedback to the head of the department.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the SOP process
• Engage with customers and collect product reviews.
• Prepare statistical reports on quality standards.
• Report to top management on quality standard issues.
• Service performance assessment
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Thai or Japanese
• Quality control experience is beneficial.
• Be able to work onsite occasionally (Sathorn10, Sukhumvit26 and Pattaya)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication (Thai & Eng)
• Data Analysis and Statistical Aptitude
• Good human relations
• Highly cautious and diligent
• Experience in 5 star hotels or another industries industries with Japanese nature will be an advantage. (UNIQLO, M๊๋UJI, Japanese restaurant etc)
• Have Japanese culture mindset
