1. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
2. Analyze consumer's needs, current market trends and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
3. Assess current competitor offerings seeking for opportunities for differentiation.
4. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure the successful achievement.
5. Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
6. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Prefer bechelor's degree in Product Design related field.
3. At least 2 years of direct experience in product development field from appareal or leather goods industry with strong presentation and team management skills
4. Intermediate Level of English. (If have TOEIC Score 600 or higher is an advantage).
