JOB DETAIL

- Provide customer service in each channel according to the assigned project both by phone (make and receive calls) and non-voice (answer chats, send sms and email).
- Save the service information into the relevant system. There will be training before actually doing the job. (Training period receives an hourly fee as compensation) *Not selling products, selling insurance, tracking debts or telesales*
- Working 5 days / week. Day off won't be on the weekend

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age more than18 years old
- Graduated from high school, Vocational Certificate, Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's degree or currently studying a bachelor's degree in unlimited fields.
- If graduated with a bachelor's degree and have educational qualifications as evidence of applying for a job, will receive an graduation allowance
- No experience required
- Service minded
- Have good communication skills and use Thai language clear speaking accent, no local accent
- Good at Thai typing and good computer usage
- Able to work as shifts
