• Manage overall sales and sales target regionally

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female Age around 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field. Master Degree is a plus.
• Well-dress and presentable
• At least 5 years in the Sales Manager level,
• MLM experience is an advantage but not a must.
• Motivate and energize the top Business Associates
• Excellent Communication skill
• Good Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Excellent Business Development knowledge
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals
• Time Management and Strong Leadership
• Proficiency in English, other language is a plus
• Able to travel in SEA countries from time to time.
• Regional Sales Director - Thailand / Myanmar / Laos
