*Product : Fire alarm
To attend online training, meeting with other office and/or factory (SE-Asia, US, UK, Japan) (due to time zone different, there may be outside of working hour in Thailand, sometime only)
Product training for distributor/reseller & HTL sales team
Making/reviewing of training material such as PowerPoint, PDF, (Thai, English)
Hochiki Product investigation for warranty return (RMA) and communicate/follow up with factory & making of initial investigation report
Support sales team & customer for TOR & BoQ to put in vender list
Site support in Thailand mainly and sometime site at SE-Asia region as per sales team and distributor/customer request.
Remote support for distributor/customer using Email, LINE, Zoom, etc.
Support and stand during exhibition, seminar in Thailand mainly and sometime in SE-Asia region.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Age 25-35 years old
2. English : intermediate level up
3. Working experience as sales or sales engineer.
*Any background or experience of electricity products is preferred and knowledge of　Fire alarm
4. Have driving license and own car.
5. Personality: active, good interpersonal skill.
