JOB DETAIL

Subordinator 10 staffs.

• Main contact for the customer as well as internal departments for all relevant service topics
• Support the accounts and the team in technical issues, complaints… to assure good communication and a quick problem solving (e.g. organize add. technical support from other departments)
• Coordination of his resources, according to customers and internal requests, with support from his team, to assure regular exchanges with the customers and the team members
• Validation of working hours from team members to assure correct invoicing to accounts and respectation of work regulations (e.g. overtime)
• Leadership of team as disciplinary and functional responsible (People talk, training needs, personal development…)
• Assure correct budgeting, realization of financial results in resp. accounts and cost-centers as well as payments of invoices
• Introduction, implementation and validation of new processes within his team
• Creation of needed documentation (e.g. calculations, presentations) for optimal transparency in external and internal discussions
• Determine and execute customized approaches to improve customers KPIs (Implementation of technical upgrades, Add-On Service Products…)
• Active participation in the negotiatiuon and establishment of service agreements
• Prepare, execute and follow-up/reporting on regular and extraordinary customer meetings
• Support in the development and forwarding of market information (competition, trade, customers)
• Regular analysis of internal and external KPIs to improve performances (technical and financial)

In addition to the above tasks, the job holder is obliged, on the instructions of his superior, to carry out individual orders which, by their nature, form part of his activity or arise from the operational necessity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Males or Female 35-45 years old (Japanese Nationality or Thai)
• Base in Thailand
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years’ work experience in Technical Sales after service in machine.
• Can maintaining optimum service quality while taking into company account and customer requirements
• Creation of an optimal cooperation between different departments of company and the customers
• Leadership of the associated technicians (FSEs) and promotion of optimal performance from a social, methodological and technical point of view.
• Strong technique and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake frequent overseas travelling (Japan).
• Can speak Good level of Japanese (N1,N2 up)
• Good command of English (upper intermediate can conference with Regional HQ)
