Additional Position
Department: Parts
Monthly Target: Depends on division KPI
Area of the target customer: Mainly EXPORT in Asian country.
Report to Manager and Division Manager
1.Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement
2.Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business
3.Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target
4.Undertake the day-to-day operation:
- Making quotation; invoicing;
- Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense;
- Generate ordering and shipment control schedule;
- Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 24-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
3. At least 6 months of work experience as Sales or Sales Coordinator with experience of using SAP program
4. Intermediate level of English (TOEIC 600 or higher)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
6. Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
