JOB DETAIL

1. Cooperate with oversea agent and clients by email and/or telephone.
2. Issue quotation as customer requested including responding with oversea inquiries.
3. Issue order quotation to the supplier abroad according to client's order.
4. Documentation of the import & export task and follow-up clients and suppliers until its complete.
5. Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of the customer.
6. Assist Japanese MD's client visit and support translating Thai to English (once in 6 months).
7. In charge of the front and assisting client when client come and visit the company's office.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age: 22-25 years old
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor in any field
- English: Intermediate level such as TOEIC 600-700
- Japanese: Lower-intermediate level such as N3, N4
- No working experience needed
- Personality: Detailed person who can be in charge of quotation and assist client and supplier well.
